GENDER INEQUALITY

GENDER INEQUALITY

Gender inequality refers to unfair rights between male and female based on different gender roles which lead to unequal treatment in life. In addtion to that, it is obvious ly an urgent problem in the world.

I sincerely believe that nowadays, workplace discrimination is a top problem faced by many women even in such developed countries. Not only, companies tend to pay women less, but also a lot of organizations refuse to hire pregnant women, not giving them a chance for even an interview. Listed here are some examples of gender inequality found in the daily lives of women across the globe such as: illiteracy, economic independence, female genital mutilation, human trafficking, low representation in governments, violence against women, sexual assault and rape. However, despite the fact that its volume is decreasing, it still exists and makes a lot of people suffer its consequences every day. Moreover, there are many reasons leading to gender discrimination which cannot be solved easily. Nevertheless, with education (which is the key to the growth of humankind) and progressive thoughts of people, there are also reasons to rely on  the future of gender inequality being stopped.

Finally, if I were a politician I would not only give women the same rights and opportunities owing of the fact that 'equal rights movement' is not enough.  Inequality exists in our minds and in our prejudices. In other words, it remains a lot to be solved. Hopefully, in a non distant future,I would like all people could live in fairness no matter what gender they are.

With this COVID situation, they will have to sit for the exams in September unless they were lucky to do the mock exams in  February, which are going to be respected as a proof for promotion)

THE END OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR.........

THE END SHOOL YEAR

This is a weird time. May is the month to revise. A lot of lectures are attened by students
to pass their exams and classes are full of people. However it isn’t like that now because
of the covid.

In April all the country was closed and our lives have changed. Headlines are more and
more horrible. Tuesday news ara badly than Monday. Everyone has to do changes in
therir dayly rutine. People use social networking sites to keep in touch with friends and to
work and study. During the course I hope to improve my English. Nowdays, techonogy
helps to do it. Before I had never used the tablet for learning languages, however, I have
already used them for listening to music, therefore, it  isn’t difficult, I atteneded all my
lessons and I have passed muy exam. I’m feeling happy, although I can't  speak quickly yet.

At the moment,  the situation is not as bad as the first time and if scientists keep
breakthoughs to save lives, we will go  back to  our patterns. It is not 31 of December
however, this could be a New year’s resolution now.

MONEY DOESN'T MAKE HAPPINESS

MONEY LEADS TO HAPPINESS?????

As regards the relationship between money and happiness. Is it possible money to give (possible, adj siempre va con to, es posible que traiga= subjuntivo) happiness? Absolutely not. So what role does it play in our lives?

I personally think we shouldn't trick us, a minimum amount of money is necessary to get the majority of the ESSENTIAL (POR NO REPETIR) goods and services such as: health, education and clothing. Moreover, we also need a place to live and eat. This is what we know as basic necessities. Nevertheless, once they are satisfied. Are you less happy because you have less money? Will happiness have a relationship directly proportional to money because they can buy this or that? I (feell that no) DON'T FEEL SO. In other words, I guess happiness is not in the money owing TO the fact that there are poor people who are very cheerful, and rich people who are extremely sorrowful. From my point of view happiness depends on many other factors, such as love, personal goals, dreams, free time, family, friendship, our personality, possible confrontations or rivalries, the thirst for power, addictions and so on.

We can conclude with (an; ES INCONTABLE) SOME  advice which is not mine: "You can choose to be happy, or you can be unhappy, life will go on its way and will be better IF you enjoy it because of the fact that not all the money in the world can stop your watch against all the odds." And finally, If I had been a rich man, I would have  NEVER ( ADV. ANTES DEL VERBO PRINCIPAL) worked for anyone. In addition to that,    I would like to quote a wise phrase from my English teacher called Marga. "You should never give up and struggle against all the odds to get your dreams"
