ERASMUS 'GREEN JOBS' AT NEWCASTLE.....

ERASMUS+ STUDENTS FOR 'GREEN JOBS FINALLY WENT TO NEWCASTLE WITH MARGA AND INES FROM 28-5TH MAY 2017.

WE VISITED THE ACADEMY OF SHOTTON HALL IN PETERLEEFORE THE PRESENTATION OF THE DIFFERENT INTERVIEWS CARRIED OUT IN OUR TOWN.

WE VISITED SOME IMPORTANT ENTERPRISES RELATED TO THE EOLIC ENERGY PRODUCTION WITH WIND TURBINES AS FOR EXAMPLE ' MAERSK' 

AND WE WERE STAYING IN DURHAM, A MEDIEVAL TOWN FAMOUS FOR ITS CATHEDRAL, WHERE THEY SHOT SOME SCENES OF HARRY POTTER IN THE CLOISTER..

STUDENT EXCHANGE WITH THE NETHERLANDS

10 students from the Sophianum School of Gulpen (Holland) have been in Utebo hosted in our student's houses:

They went round the school and also to the roof, where Fernando, the Electronics teacher explained them all about our solar panels.

We visited the Aljaferia, the Parliament, the Pilar Basilique, the Aquarium, Albarracin, Teruel and some other fun activities in the afternoons. They enjoyed a lot... and they loved the sunny weather.




We are looking forward to the next exchange next year....

1st ESO STUDENTS WENT TO TOSSA DE MAR

Students from 1st ESO went to Tossa de Mar with the English Teacher Pedro Cilla, Marta and Oscar. 

" we have been doing Adventure Sports. Archery, rifle shooting, rock climbing, treetop walkways and zip wires. Although some of the kids had fear of heights, all of them found their favourite activity. "
