M:E:P:  Model of the European Parliament

We are working on the topics that are going to be discussed during the Autonomic session in Aragon, which will take place in San Jorge University,  on the 19th od December, 2019. 

8 pupils  have to presnt their essays before the 3rd of November to be able to participate in the different Comissions that are going to meet on the 17th of December to prepare the Parliamentary session and decide which are the proposals that are going to be sent to the European Parliament.

THE WORST BIRTHDAY IN MY LIFE (BY Jessica Bella Adm 1)

I want to write what happened on my last birthday.

It was spring, a very beautiful season of the year, I was with my friends in the park, playing football. However, after playing for a long time, we hung the ball in an abamdoned house in the countryside. Then, I wnt to Sofia’s, the door was open. So, we decided to enter. Just then, someone touched me and i thought it was sofia but when I turned round it was gone. I didn’t know where she had gone. I started to walk around the house looking for her and I completely forgot about the ball. Besides, I went upstairs and a door opened. I entered the room, and began to get dizzy. I didn’t understand what was happening until I saw Sofia was, was….. she was dead ¡!!

Inmediately, I ran out and asked for help….. but when the pólice came, Sofia’s body wasn’t there. So, I told them what had happened and they told me that Sofia didn’t exist, that everything was the product of my imagination. Now I am in the asylum remembering that day, that horrible birthday…… every day, as if it had been real ¡!!

HALLOWEEN IS COMING.... !!!!

YES, HALLOWEEN IS COMING AND WE ARE HAVING A STUDENT COMPETITION IN BACHILLERATO TO FIND THE BEST HORROR STORY. 

THIS IS THE ONE I CHOSE IN CIT 2: 

A SUMMER NIGHT AT GRANDMA’S  (By Aida Noja from CIT 2)

Ity was the last night of the summer and my sisters and me were at grandma’s home. It was raining, therefore, we stayed at home watching a horror film.

The film was so long that my little sister went to sleep. My older sister and me were very tired but, at that momento, we heard a noise in the the bedroom. We run to the bedroom to see our Little sister, however, she was ok. Anyhow, my older sister asked her about the noise and she said she had heard it coming from the kitchen. So, we went to the kitchen despite the fact that we were absolutely scared. Then, we saw on the floor of the kitchen, there were two broken glasses and that was so weird since we were alone, on our own at home.

In short, on the following day, when mum came to take us back home, we were in the car and I saw an old woman in the kitchen window but grandma wasn’t at home. That was the reason why I never went back to that house again ¡!!

ERASMUS+ MOBILITY TO ENGER

NEXT ERASMUS+ MOBILITY WILL TAKE PLACE FROM THE 27TH OF OCTOBER TO 2ND NOVEMBER 2019, IN ENGER ( GERMANY)

6 STUDENTS FROM 4TH ESO WILL TRAVEL TO ENGER TO PRACTISE THEIR INTERNATIONAL SKILLS WITH STUDENTS FROM 5 DIFFERENT EUROPEAN SCHOOLS. 

THEY WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY INES SANCHO AND MERCEDES DIAZ AND THEY WILL FLY FROM BARCELONA TO HANNOVER. 

WE WISH THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD TIME ALTHOUGH, PRESUMEBLY, THEY WILL FIND BAD WEATHER. 

CLONING IS A FACT !!!

ARE WE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT CLONING IS NOT TAKING PLACE???

WE HAVE JUST SEEN IT IN THE LAST FILM BY WILL SMITH: GEMINI PROJECT, WHERE THEY SHOW THAT CLONING A HUMAN BEIN IS A POSSIBILITY USING THE DNA. HOWEVER, THE NEW BEING INHERITS ALL HIS FEARS AND HIS ILLNESSES.

MAYBE IT IS NOT SCIENCE FICTION ANY MORE. IT IS ALREADY  A REALITY !!

WHAT WILL BE LIFE LIKE IN 100 YEARS TIME???

ENGLISH CULTURE CONFERENCE AT SCHOOL

TODAY THE STUDENTS OF SECONDARY EDUCATION HAVE BEEN INTO A CONFERENCE ABOUT DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE BRITISH CULTURE.

DID THEY KNOW THAT THE TWISTLE IS THE SYMBOL OF SCOTLAND??

DID THEY KNOW THAT MEN WEAR 'KILTS' AND NOT 'SKIRTS' IN SCOTLAND?

DID YOU KNOW THAT 'BIG BEN' IS JUST A BELL?? .... THE TOWER IS CALLED ELIZABETH TOWER.

DID YOU KNOW THAT THE FLAG IS CALLED 'THE UNION JACK??

THE PILAR FESTIVAL IS ALREADY GOING ON ......

.... SO.... KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON ........

TRY TO GET INVOLVED IN ALL TYPE OF ACTIVITIES, CONCERTS, FOOD, MUSIC, JOTAS DANCING, FLOWER OFFER, ETC... AND THEN TELL US NEXT WEEK  !!!

ALTHOUGH SOIME OF US WILL NOT BE HERE, BUT RATHER ON AN EXCURSION SOMEWHERE AWAY FROM CROWDS LIKE ME. I AM GOING TO OPORTO !!

M.E.P. IS A MODEL OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT WHEN THE STUDENTS CAN PARTICIPATE AND PRETEND TO BE EUROPEAN MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT.

IT IS ORGANIZED BY THE UNIVERSITY ST GEORGE IN ZARAGOZA AND 8 NOF OUR STUDENTS FROM 1SR BACHILLERATO WILL GO AND TRY THIS YEAR, THE BEST IN ARAGON WILL BE CHOSEN FOR THE NATIONAL SESSION IN 2020.

HE IS 24 YEARS OLD FROM GEORGIA (USA)

HE STUDIED SPANISH AT UNIVERSITY AND HE IS GOING TO HELP IN THE ENGLISH LESSONS DURING THIS SCHOOL YEAR TILL MAY 2020.

HE SAYS HE IS VERY HAPPY TO BE IN ZARAGOZA, ALTHOUGH HE WAS LIVING IN SEVILLA BEFORE AND SEVILLA IS A LOVELY CITY TO LIVE, ACCORDING TO HIM .

WE WILL TRY TO MAKE IT EASY FOR HIM TO STAY HERE IN UTEBO. WE ARE VERY LUCKY !!!
