Nowadays the skills for life (social and emotional learning) for a child are necessary because if you know and know how to work your emotions, you will live better in your life.
To begin with, to say that from a young age, children are surrounded by continuous errors. Because directly at school they no longer teach these skills for life but teach other subjects. In the same way, schools are necessary to help people get to know each other and to educate for the future.
In our brains, we have an area of our intelligence dedicated to emotions. Nevertheless, in Emotional Intelligence we must assume that it is so and that we can educate it, it is not innate. Emotions are easy to recognize. However, they are complex because sometimes they mix.
But, how important are they because they do not teach them in school like mathematics, for example? One hour a week would be enough to teach them: learn to recognize and work our emotions. Also, learn to know how to talk to people. In addition, learn to make decisions. And finally, learn to empathize.
On the other hand, there are notable differences between children who go to these skills programs, as opposed to those who do not. These programs have helped to: reduce antisocial behaviour, decrease drug consumption, increase positiveness, likewise, academic success.
Children learn to notice when there is a problem, ask for help and suffer less. Those who benefit most from these programs are the most needy (people who have suffered bullying).
The purpose of this essay is therefore to revolutionize education and to think that education is destined to develop the child and bring him closer to his future. Yet, many schools do not respect the laws, because they do not provide education with this.
A few days ago, a new piece of news on Facebook appeared in the media. It says that, probably a lot of personal data of people on Facebook were sent to other companies without the knowledge of the users. Does Facebook, and what’s more, Internet, knows a lot about our personal life?
On the one hand, it’s true that the use of Facebook has changed the way that we live, as a consequence, almost everybody has an account on Facebook and uses it daily. Nowadays, if you haven’t a profile on this social network, you are “disconnected” of many things such as your friends or the news of your town.
On the other hand, we have won a lot with this, however, we have also lost a really important thing: Our privacy. Frommy point of view, the fact that I enter Facebook, and the ads know what I want, “scares me” and makes me think how many things Internet knows about me.
To sum up, we have to be very careful ON internet and, also, we have to look through the conditions (that) we accept without reading with the popular “I agree”. Providing that we use it properly, Facebook can be very powerful.
... YEAS, WE ARE WORKING ON THIS TOPIC AS PART OF RECREARTE PROJECT.
SOME QUESTIONS THAT PEOPLE USUALLY ASK THEMSELVES ABOUT THE WORLD'S EVOLUTION ARE OF THIS TYPE: DO WE LIVE IN A CONTINUOUS CONFLICT THAT WILL NEVER END? WHY ARE THERE ALWAYS WARS? WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I USED TO ASK MYSELF WHETHER EVERY PROBLEM WILL END UP ONE DAY. HOWEVER, I SOON REALIZED IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, SINCE THERE IS A BIG INEQUALITY IN ALL ASPECTS, SUCH AS ECONOMICAL, POLITICAL, IDEOLOGICAL, SEX INEQUALITY, ETC.... WHICH DETERMINATES OUR WORLD AND AS A CONSEQUENCE, BIGGER AND BIGGER PROBLEMS ARE GENERATED.
DURING THOSE YEARS (60S), IMPORTANT EVENTS HAPPENED IN OUR WORLD, SOME OF THEM WERE POSITIVE WHILE OTHERS WERE NEGATIVE AND HORRIBLE EVENTS. SOME OF THESE PROBLEMS NOT ONLY HAPPENED IN SPAIN BUT ALL OVER THE WORLD, SUCH AS THE MOST IMPORTANT CRISIS THAT THE WORLD HAS EVER SUFFERED.ON THE OTHER HAND, SOME OTHER NEGATIVES EVENTS WERE THE EARTHQUAKE IN CHILE, WHERE 970 PEOPLE DIED, THE DEATH OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY, THE MURDER OF PATU DE LUMUMBA, WHO WAS AN INDEPENDENCE LEADER. FURTHERMORE, WE HAD A BIGGER PROBLEM WHICH WAS THE MISSILE CRISIS. AND IN SPAIN, BY THE WAY, WE HAD "ETA", WHO KILLED 'CARRERO BLANCO', WHO WAS PART OF THE GOVERNMENT AT THAT TIME.
HOWEVER, THERE WERE A LOT OF POSITIVE EFFECTS TOO, AS THE SOVIET UNION LAUNCHED THE FIRST MAN WHO STEPPED ON THE MOON.
IN CONCLUSION, THE 60s WAS A PERIOD OF COMMON CONFLICTS WITH GREAT CHANGES ANS INNOVATIONS, CONSEQUENTLY, EVERY CRISIS LEADS TO DEVELOPMENT.
OUR THIRD MOBILITY IN THE ERASMUS+ "GREEN JOBS" WAS TRAVELLING FROM PARIS TO 'LE CARBET' IN MARTINICA.
