 THE IMPORTANCE OF WHAT WE EAT !!!

The diet is the set of foods that you eat day in and day out and are healthy. It determines a person's health. Eating certain types of food gives you energy and removes the toxins that have accumulated in it during your day. Moreover, the food must be nutritious enough and must contain other benefits that keep the body healthy at all times.


From my point of view, diet is very important, regardless of your physical condition, it is essential for your mental health. There are too many people who eat well but aren't thin, and many people who are extremely thin and eat poorly. Your diet doesn’t have to be attached to your body, due to sometimes your body is genetic or you have a different metabolism than mine. A good diet must have vegetables, fruit, rice, pasta and so on. Besides, in a smaller amount, you should eat fish and meat. However, you ought to avoid fast food, bread, and ultra processed food... 


Therefore, to sum up, it is very important that everyone follows a diet, at first it is difficult nevertheless, if you really want to follow, you shouldn’t give up.

Nowadays, thanks to the health systems and quality of life improvement in the last years, it’s easier to care about our bodies more exhaustively, and that firstly starts by looking at what we eat.


In fact, it is well known that the diet is an essential part of a healthier life due to the fact that our body builds itself with the food we eat, and like when we build a house, we look for the right materials not to regret in the future. Moreover, it isn’t enough with styles like eating a lot, avoiding food or preparing shakes with everything you could put into the mixer. Although it could look simple, the most effective diet is that in which you look at your nutrient requirements and the balance of the different types of foods, searching for the variety and controlling the excess of sugar or fats, too present in our dishes.


In conclusion,if you’re trying to improve your alimentary habits, you should follow the experts and the common sense. Therefore, check the classical advice of a varied, complete and balanced diet.

LIFE GOES ON ...!!

 AFTER HOLIDAYS, LIFE GOES ON... ALTHOUGH WE MUST BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE OF SO MANY PEOPLE INFECTED IN ALL FAMILIES.

AT LEAST, TEACHERS ARE GETTING THE 3RD SHOT TO BE PROCTECTED WITH THE VACCINE. 

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WE CAN'T TRAVEL TO GERMANY FOR THE TIME BEING BECAUSE THE Y REQUIRE A 10 DAY QUARENTINE.. SO WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT !!
