Nowadays, robos are a creative way to hire candidates for a specific job. In this case, a robot called Mya invited Susana to analyze her abilities although the protagonist thought she was talking with a human. 

A lot of companies are using artificial intelligence due to the advantage. The process to select the right candidate is more quickly. However, the automated recruitment process is very hard to investigate and requires a tedious work sorting. The characteristic of this robot is the ability to analyze the hoobies, school education and work experience of the worker. By the way, there are more robots with this purpose than there were years ago. It is due to the fact that new robots are near to a real human and the software improves.

In conclusion, robots lay companies to select the best talent because of their speed. If robots didn´t exist, companies would have more difficulties. However, if robots increase a lot, humans will be substituted by them. Furthermore, we will lose our jobs. 

JOB-SEEKING AT A YOUNG AGE

 The problems in job-seeking at a young age

There’s no doubt that job seeking can be a very difficult and even tiring task for young people who have recently started looking for a job, but, what are the reasons behind this?

First of all, young people who barely have any experience in the working field because of their age, are expected to have a working background before starting a job, which is impossible if every company expects the same of them, entering a vicious circle and making it impossible for youngsters to get started in the working area. In addition to this, in countries such as Spain, studies are very important, even crucial, for companies to hire you, which, although it makes the cultural level of the country increase, it focuses on a signed paper more than on actual talent and investment in the job. This, and the percentage of unemployment due to the lack of job vacancies in the country, are making it impossible for young people to find a job.

In conclusion, young people are facing difficult times in the working field, even with all the quality educational background they possess. This is a very alarming situation which we should pay attention to.

OUR OWN BUSINESS

                                                 MY CLOTHING BRAND (BY DALMAU 2ND CIE)

Nowadays, I haven’t got time to have my own business, however, in the future I could have a business perfectly.

I love clothing, going shopping…so I believe that I could have my own clothing brand. Nonetheless, I don’t see myself being able to run the business alone and I would like to have it with my best friend who is a lover of clothes too. At least, I would like to try it. Despite being young, I think that I would have clever ideas and i could attract people from my age.

To conclude, now IT is impossible, nevertheless, if in the future I have time, I will create my own business.

EASTER HOLIDAYS

 EASTER HOLIDAYS

HONESTLY, WE NEED HOLIDAYS. THIS SECOND TERM HAS BEEN VERY HECTIC, TOO LONG AND FULL OF WORK.

ALSO, WITH THE COVID SITUATION, OUR MOBILITIES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED NOT ONLY TO GERMANY BUT ALSO TO HOLLAND. SO WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL JUNE FOR THE FIRST ERASMUS+ MOBLITY THIS YEAR. 

ME, I WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE AND I WILL GO TO VISIT GRAN CANARIA, WHERE I HAVE NEVE BEEN. 

THEN, ON THE 23RD, INES AND ME, WILL GO TO FINLAND FOR THE ERASMUS + JOB SHADOWING.

ALSO 40 PUPILS FROM 3RD ESO WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL TO IRELAND FOR 2 WEEKS AND ENJOY THE STAY PRACTISING ENGLISH.

BREAKING LIMITS

Nowadays knowing lots of data from all around the world is something as easy as clic on the internet, but not all we find there is real. Studying abroad is a wonderful but also scary way to know more about a culture, language, life and a hundred or more new experiences.

For me IT  is a big yes, i have always wanted to go studying abroad however,  sometimes I'm a bit scared of moving so far away from home, but i'm also thrilled of the idea of making myself and mind bigger and opened, and to be able to learn a whole new culture, food, traditions and all that goes with this. I want to meet new, different people and interact with everything that I can.

In conclusion I think that going abroad is a wonderful experience, and an amazing way to learn.

 Life expectancy

When we are children we are not able to understand many things that as adults we take as basic, although they do not understand them, they know of their existence because they have ever heard of them.

It may sound surprising but adults don't know how some things work in this life either, we have the mistaken idea that we are going to live a long time because many studies say so, that's why many people don't take advantage of the days thinking that they will have time left over, even though statistically they are right, you never know if something can happen so the best thing you can do is enjoy.

In my personal opinion we should think less about the future, therefore we should educate ourselves with this mentality. If people thought less about the future, they would enjoy life more.
