SOME HINTS ABOUT FOOD ( by ABH)

 "The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison” by Ann Wigmore. I have been trying to bear in mind this quotation for A long time and it has paid me off. 


On the one hand,  if it comes to health, you have to pay attention not only to the sort of food you eat, but also to the amount of food you eat.   So first of all, you must get rid of all industrial and processed food that you used to intake. 


Moreover, adding vegetables, fruit as well as good quality meat and fish will provide you with better health. 

On the second hand,  we should take into account where the food comes from. For instance, whether you buy vegetables in the small market or big chains of supermarkets you must take a look AT the label of the foods. It should contain the word “organic”. It means NO additive, chemical and artificial product has been added in order to speed up their growing or give glossy semblance. As a result, you don`t let these products BE introduced INto your body. Eventually, this practice reduces the oddS OF  developING an illness related to heart issueS or cancer. 


Finally, despite eating healthy food-- It does not mean you can`t increase your fat due to an increase of calories. It goes without saying, it is more difficult to raise your weight eating vegetables and fruits than junk and industrial food, but not impossible. So if you notice you are getting fat, decrease the amount of food you eat and  focus on the exercise you do. 

To sum up, I couldn't agree more with Ann Wigmore, so that I encourage people to enhance the quality of the food they ate. THE MORE YOU CARE, THE MORE YOU WILL BE REWARDED. 

IN THIS LIFE, WE ARE WHAT WE EAT !!
