For ages the one way of communicating with someone who was miles and miles
away from us was the letter.
NevertheleSSduring this last century technology has been developed
incredibly fast and has allowed us to be
in contact with the other side of the world in a matter of seconds.
Consequently, nowadays letters and postcards are obsolete.
The main reason people have stopped using them is because of the fact that just with
our smartphones, touch is much more comfortable: we are able to send images,
videos or texts wherever and whenever without needing paper and pen.
Furthermoryou can be sure that your message won’t get lost
and even some apps let you know if the addressee has received and read it.
HoweveR, despite being only a few, there’s still people who prefer writing their messages
in their own hand, maybe due to it’s more touching.
In conclusion, the advantages of texting are many more than letters.
Therefore, they are supposed to disappear in the future.
